ALL ABOARD THE GOOD SHIP UD LANZAROTE TO FUERTEVENTURA
UD Lanzarote and their fans will travel to Fuerteventura this Saturday to play CD Herbania at Los Pozos Municipal stadium at 4pm in Puerto Del Rosario.
A bus will pick up fans in Costa Teguise on Saturday 11th at 11.15am at Apartamentos Nazaret bus stop. The bus will then go to Ciudad Deportiva in Arrecife and will depart there at 11.30am which will be followed by the stop at Biosfera Shopping centre in Puerto Del Carmen leaving at 12 noon. We will then make our way down to the port in Playa Blanca and leave on the 1.15pm ferry.
On arriving in Corralejo we will then rejoin the bus and travel the 45-minute journey to the stadium in Puerto Del Rosario. After the match its back on the bus with the three points for the return journey with the ferry departing at 8pm. Once back on the Island of the Volcanoes the bus will return to its original pick-up points.
The cost of the trip is €25 for residents (€20 for children aged 4 to 11yrs) and €60 for non-residents (€40 for children aged 4 to 11yrs). The price includes bus transportation in Lanzarote and Fuerteventura, as well as round-trip ferry tickets. Fans must purchase their match tickets at the Los Pozos Municipal Stadium ticket office which is usually 5 or 6 Euros.
Tickets for this excursion can be purchased from the club’s headquarters in Arrecife, located at Calle El Isleño, 4, open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 6-8pm. Tickets can also be purchased by cash only at our Merchandise shop in Costa Teguise at CC Nautical, Local 25 (behind Café Oppa) on Wednesday from 10am to 1pm and also from 5-7pm. On Thursday the shop will be open from 10am to 1pm only. As soon as the bus fills we cannot sell anymore so get them as soon as possible.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
Residents must provide a photocopy of their national identity card (DNI), and non-residents a photocopy of their valid identification document (NIE or Passport). At the club you can pay by cash or card but at the shop it is only cash.
As normal we will do our raffle on the journey which will include signed shirts, Two tickets for the The Outdoor Cinema at Rooftops, meals for two at Gallaghers and also Bollywoods Indian restaurant in Puerto Calero, Breakfast for two and heaps of other prizes. As always, I do ask if anyone can contribute to prizes such as a breakfast, meal or a bottle of booze. All prizes will be gratefully accepted.
