The Rojillos produced a superb performance to comfortably beat the side that are one division higher than them.

First half goals from Aco Hernández, Ale Fuentes and Isaac Morales saw the Rojillos go into the halftime break with a 3-0 lead and effectively end the match.

A good defensive display in the second period didn’t allow the La Palma side to get back into the game, on the contrary Lanzarote increased their lead in the 71st minute with a goal from a delighted Román, his first goal for the club.

Lanzarote will now prepare for the next tournament in Puerto del Carmen on the 13-15th August.

At 8pm the same evening the two sides from RFEF 1 (Third Tier) Algeciras CF v Arenas Club de Getxo. It was 2-2 at the break but Algeciras won the trophy with a goal early in the second half to win the tournament 3-2.
