COME AND CHEER ON THE PLAYERS TONIGHT
The local fan club Peña Trifulka will be letting the players know tonight that us as fans are 100% behind the team.
Tonight, Thursday 8th October at 7.30pm the fans will be outside the main entrance of our stadium Ciudad Deportiva wearing the clubs colours and whilst obeying all the current laws of distancing, masks etc I would still expect them to be loud.
As of now only the immediate management have met the players so it would be great to let them know that we are ready to support them on this season’s crusade.
Everyone will be meeting a few yards up the road in the Sports Bar around 7pm for a swift one as I will. We can walk down the 100 yards and greet the players as they enter the stadium for training. We have informed the manager.
As most of you know we are still having problems with the local authorities, they are not responding to our requests for friendly matches or even to get the whole squad training as a unit and this is why the abonos (season tickets) have not yet been released.
What is available right now and our lovely secretary Davinia will be at the club tonight from 6-8pm is the Club Gold Card which is 120 Euros or as a couple there is a 10% discount so only 108 Euros each. This includes all matches this season and there will definitely be playoffs either for promotion or relegation, this will also enable you to get 20% discount on all merchandise including products that are already discounted, (last season’s shirts etc) a club pin badge but most importantly of all, an incredible show of SUPPORT for your club – UD Lanzarote.
Beforehand you could get your Gold Card which is instantly available at the club with Davinia or any night from Mon to Fri 6-8pm, she is also open in the mornings, same days from 10am to 1pm (unfortunately no credit card facilities at the moment, cash only). Alternatively come into our shop in Costa Teguise and my wife Anna can arrange it for you on Mon-Fri 10am to 1pm (you will have to pick up the card a few days later). Preferably in cash as otherwise it looks as though it’s an income for me with the taxman and it definitely is not.
An adult season ticket (abono) is likely to be 35 Euros and 20 Euros more for membership but remember that this year’s season ticket will only cover the regular season and not the playoffs (which we will be in). The Pensioners season ticket is likely to be 20 Euros and 15 Euros more for Socios. A season ticket only will give you a 10% discount on merchandise but with membership and extra 10%.
