The 51 year old manager from the Asturias region of Spain is delighted to be in the island and help rediscover the glory of the Rojillos by helping them to return to Segunda B (third tier).

Josu has arrived from third division side Xerez Deportiva FC where he narrowly missed out on promotion to Segunda B in the playoffs.
Josu has a wealth of experience managing Segunda A (Championship) side UD Las Palmas but his greatest achievement was in season 2003-04 when he led Madrid side Getafe CF into Spain’s Primera Liga for the very first time in their history.
