IMPORTANT

UD LANZAROTE WILL BEGIN THEIR SEASON PLAYING AT THE FOOTBALL STADIUM IN TIAS (Campo de futbol Tias).

Due to renovations taking place at our home stadium in Arrecife UD Lanzarote will be playing their home matches at the football stadium in Tias (map above). We hope to return to our home ground in Arrecife, Christmas or early in the New Year.

By Bus or taxi to Tias football stadium:

From: Puerto del Carmen:

You need to be at Balcon de Mar bus stop (top of C/ Reina Sofia road) and catch bus number 34 which leaves at 10 and 11am. Journey is only 7 minutes and get off at Campo de fútbol de Tias bus stop. Adults 1.40 Euros and children under 4 are free. A taxi is around €8 from the Old Town and 15 Euros from Matagorda (approx).

Return to Puerto del Carmen: Outside the stadium is the bus stop Campo de futbol de Tias and get on bus number 34 which leaves at 2.44pm and returns to Puerto del Carmen in 7 minutes. Price is the same as above.

From: Costa Teguise:

You will need to catch two buses to get to Tias. Catch bus number 3 which stops at all bus stops in CT and runs every 30 minutes. It costs 1.40 Euros (children under 4 years free) and get off at the bus station in Arrecife before 11am (18 minute journey). Get on bus number 60 at Arrecife bus station at 10 or 11am to Tias (20 minute journey). Get off at Tias Centro bus stop and its a 5 minute walk down the road to the stadium. There is also bus number 62 which departs Arrecife at 10.30am and is almost direct to Tías arriving at 10.47am; Adults 1.40 Euros and kids under 4 free. A taxi is around €31 approx.

Return to Costa Teguise: Return to Tias Centro bus stop and catch bus number 60 at 2.33pm to go back to Arrecife bus station, journey takes 19 minutes and costs 1.40 Euros. From Arrecife bus station number 3 bus leaves every 30 minutes to Costa Teguise and takes 15-19 minutes. A taxi from Tias is around 31 Euros approx.

From: Playa Blanca:

The local bus number 60 leaves Playa Blanca bus station at 9.55 and 10.55am prompt. The journey takes around 38 minutes and you get off at Tias Centro bus stop and its a 5 minute walk down the road to the stadium. It costs 2.75 Euros and kids under 4 years are free. A taxi is around 45 Euros.

Return to Playa Blanca: Return to Tias Centro bus stop and catch bus number 60 to Playa Blanca which leaves at 2.18pm or 3.20pm. Price is €2.75 one way; kids under 4 free. A taxi is around €45

By Car:

Its simple getting to the football stadium in Tias by car and very easy to park on Sundays. The stadium is next to the Ayuntamiento (Town Hall) and is just down from the Tias main high street. Look out for the floodlights. From Costa Teguise it will take 15-20 mins, Puerto Del Carmen 5-10 mins and Playa Blanca 20-25 mins.
