LANZAROTE AT HOME THIS SUNDAY 16th OCTOBER AT 12 NOON
The Rojillos face CD Unión Puerto this Sunday at 12 noon in Arrecife. Doors open at 11am and pay at the gate 8 Euros adults and 6 Euros pensioners with a 2 Euro discount for residents. All children under 16 years of age are admitted free of charge.
Last Sundays match was postponed so Lanzarote did slip from 9th to 12th spot though they do have that game in hand.
Our opponents from Fuerteventura began the season superbly with a 4-1 win but in their other three matches, two have been drawn and last week they suffered a 2-4 defeat and have slipped to mid table. The Rojillos have won one, drawn one and lost the other in their three matches played this campaign.
Over the last seven meetings between these sides in Arrecife Lanzarote have won on four occasions and the other three matches have ended in a draw with 15 goals scored and four goals conceded.
