SAN GINÉS TOURNAMENT (6-8th Aug) IN ARRECIFE (Entrance free)
UD Lanzarote will be competing in the 57th San Ginés tournament in Arrecife beginning on Thursday 6th August until Saturday 8th.
The four teams involved are UD Lanzarote (5th Tier) Arenas Club de Getxo (3rd Tier), Algeciras CF (3rd Tier) and Club Atlético Paso (4th Tier).
The fixtures are:
Thurs 6th UD Lanzarote v Arenas Club de Getxo at 7pm
Fri 7th Algeciras CF v Club Atlético Paso at 7pm
Sat 8th Third place final at 5.30pm
Sat 8th Gran Final at 8pm
Entrance is free and refreshments will be available.
Lanzarote open the tournament against one of the most historical clubs in Spain Arenas Club de Getxo. The Basque side were one of the 10 sides that originally formed La Liga and now play in RFEF 1 which is two levels above Lanzarote.
The ladies San Ginés tournament does commence on Saturday 1st August.These are the fixtures:

Sat 1st Aug CD Arrecife v Inter Playa Honda at 4pm
Sat 1st Aug Costa Adeje Tenerife v Sevilla FC at 5.30pm
Also, on Saturday 7th August a selection of veterans from Arrecife will face Ex players of UD Lanzarote at 9pm.

The 12th Open Beach Training Session (18th August)
This is the fun beach training session which will be held on Las Cucharas beach in Costa Teguise at 6.30pm on Tuesday 18th August.
Children are invited for a warm up jog along the Costa Teguise promenade with the players and then photos and a kick-about with the team.
Tinajo Tournament (20-22 August)
