LANZAROTE AWAY IN LA PALMA TOMORROW (Sat 26th)

Lanzarote will take the two flights to La Palma on Saturday to face 11th placed side UD Los Llanos de Aridane at 4.30pm.

The Rojillos need to forget about all the hype of the Copa Del Rey match at home on Tuesday and concentrate on finding a win, something of which they haven’t done in five outings.

Lanzarote have slipped down to 8th spot and are three points off the playoff positions and a mighty seven points adrift of surprise league leaders Arucas CF.

There are plenty of surprises in football and nothing more than lowly Tenerife side UD Ibarra appointing Diego Maradonas son “Diego Jnr” as their new manager this week. As it happens Lanzarote face Diego Maradona´s side at home in Tías on the 3rd November.
