LANZAROTE WILL PLAY RACING SANTANDER IN THE COPA DEL REY
UD Lanzarote have drawn the league leaders of the Segunda A (Championship) Real Racing Club de Santander in the Copa del Rey.
It may not be a well known club to many of our foreign followers but they have plenty of experience in the Primera Liga and will be chasing promotion back to Spain’s Golden league this season.
It was a nervous wait for the players and management however they were all delighted with the outcome.
The match will be played at our temporary home in Tías between the 29-31st October. The club will meet first to decide the price of a ticket and availability.
