LANZAROTE IN THE COPA DEL REY DRAW TOMORROW
Everyone involved with UD Lanzarote will eagerly be awaiting the draw for this seasons Copa Del Rey tomorrow (Thursday 10th Oct) at 12 noon where the Rojillos are guaranteed a home tie and will be playing a side from Spain’s Primera Liga or second tier.
Unfortunately Real Madrid or Barcelona won’t be in the draw due to their involvement in the Super Cup. Last year’s winners Athletic Bilbao are also excluded from this round as they are the current holders having beaten Mallorca last season. Lanzarote have previously beaten both of those Primera Liga sides in this competition.
The fixture will be played somewhere between 29-31st October and the club will not make any decisions on pricing and availability until after the draw has been made. Goldcard members and season ticket holders will certainly have priority.
