PRESEASON TOURNAMENTS, FRIENDLIES and OPEN BEACH TRAINING

The RFEF (Royal Spanish Football Federation) will more than likely release the Tercera división (Fifth Tier) fixtures for season 2024/25 in early August.

The Rojillos (The Reds) return to preseason training this Monday 29th July in preparation for the league season that begins on the 7/8th September.

PRESEASON TOURNAMENTS

1st-3rd August TINAJO – Stadium Los Volcanes in Tinajo

Thursday 1st Aug CD Tinajo v CF San Bartolomé 8.30pm kick off

Friday 2nd Aug CF U.S. Yaiza Jnrs v UD Lanzarote 8.30pm kick off

Saturday 3rd Aug Third v Fourth at 6pm kick off

Gran Final 9pm kick off

SAN BARTOLOMÉ TOURNAMENT 8-10th August (stadium Polideportivo de las Palmeras in San Bartolomé).

(Dates and kick off times of this four team tournament have not yet been published yet however the tournament will be played at the stadium in San Bartolomé. I will publish the fixtures and times once they have been confirmed.

SAN GINÉS TOURNAMENT 15-17 August 

(Dates and kick off times are awaiting confirmation as is the venue for this four team tournament which includes CD Tenerife B, UD Lanzarote, U.S. Yaiza and CF San Bartolomé). Once everything is confirmed I will publish details.

The admission price for these tournament matches is normally around 5/6 Euros.

FRIENDLIES

CD Tahiche v UD Lanzarote

Tuesday 20th August at 8pm at the stadium in Tahiche (Estadio municipal Tahiche).

CD EL Cotillo v UD Lanzarote

Saturday 24th August at 4.45pm at the stadium in El Cotillo in Fuerteventura.

CD Tinajo v UD Lanzarote

Tuesday 27th August at 8pm at the stadium in Tinajo (Los Volcanes).

There will be one more warm up match before the season begins on the 7/8th September. Details will be published once confirmed.

BEACH TRAINING SESSION

The club is also in the early stages of planning the 10th Open beach training session in August where children have the opportunity to train and have photos with the first team squad in what is always a fun day. Details will be announced as soon as it is confirmed.
