Our Gran Canarian visitors have been in terrific form as of late. In their last five outings they have won four and drawn the other which has moved them above Lanzarote and into seventh spot.

They will be desperate for a win to keep their playoff hopes alive especially as it’s possible that ending up in sixth place could qualify them for a playoff finish.

In contrast Lanzarote have drawn four and lost the other in their last five outings which has seen them drop to 10th spot. If they were to beat Santa Brígida by two clear goals then they would leapfrog them in the table.

Jane passed away last Monday and the club are asking their fans for a minutes applause for her in the 54th minute.

Many local residents will already know of the passing of Rojillo fan Jane Sakke who died at the age of 54. The club is asking fans as a sign of respect to stand and clap for a minute’s round of applause in the 54th minute (9th min of second half).

If anyone is going to Fuerteventura to watch Lanzarote play CD Herbania in April the match is still waiting confirmation of kick off time.
