PRESENTATION OF FIRST TEAM SQUAD (Wed Aug 20th at 6pm) AT THE RECOVA IN ARRECIFE
U.D. Lanzarote has chosen the stunning Recova in Arrecife to hold their official presentation of their first team squad and coaching staff.
The event will take place next Wednesday, August 20th, starting at 6:00 PM.
La Recova is etched in Lanzarote history as it used to be the island’s premier food market where the island’s farmers sold their products, becoming one of Arrecife’s most historic areas. It is situated within the Arrecife Ayuntamiento (Town Hall) and accessed through a side door.
How the Recova originally looked as a food market
“Seguimos Latiendo Contigo” (We Keep Beating (Rhythm) With You) is the motto of the club as we head into the 2025/26 season. It’s not an easy translation though it’s easy to understand and this motto will lead us back to our rightful home as we return to Arrecife at Ciudad Deportiva stadium for this campaign beginning on September 7th.
Our new manager Ángel López and all of his players and coaching staff will be individually introduced during the evening giving all of the Rojillo fans the chance to see and meet their team.
Any season ticket holders or club members or anyone about to become either are welcome. Nibbles will also be provided which are usually pretty good.
