UD Lanzarote has now signed their final three players to complete their 22 man squad that will be led by new manager Ángel López competing in the RFEF 3 (Firth Tier) for season 2025/26.
The squad will have their first training session at home in Arrecife at Ciudad Deportiva this Monday the 28th July at 6.30pm. The pre season tournaments will begin thereafter and I will publish the dates once I know the times and days that UD Lanzarote will play in those tournaments. Fixtures have NOT yet been released but they should be soon. The league commences on the 7th September but we do not know whether we are home or away.
The Bingo event is definitely happening on Saturday 30th August in Los Valles (just past Teguise). A fantastic fun evening organised by the players and buses will run from Puerto Del Carmen, Costa Teguise and Arrecife at a return bus price of only 4 Euros. Tickets will be available shortly and I will publish more details about this super event next week.
The annual beach training event where youngsters are encouraged to train with our first team on the beach is due to take place sometime in August but as yet we do not have a confirmed date or venue.
