Lanzarote will be playing at their temporary home in Tías this Sunday 9th March at 12.30pm versus 16th placed side UD Los Llanos de Aridane. Doors open at 11.30am. Pay at the gate. The La Palma side have been in the relegation positions all season and are currently third from bottom, however 10 points in their last five matches including a 4-0 thrashing of promotion chasing Arucas CF last week has given Los Llanos strong belief. From being doomed a month ago they are now within five points of safety.
In contrast Lanzarote have taken just two points in their last five games which has seen them slip one position out of the playoff places into 6th spot, however they are only one point away from the playoff positions.
With all this in mind UD Lanzarote will need solid support this Sunday to help end this awful run of results and restore confidence in the players as well as consolidating a vital playoff position.
The slightly later time of the 12.30pm kick off is to accommodate the La Palma side with their flights.
