UD LANZAROTE B TEAM CHAMPIONS OF THE REGIONAL LEAGUE

Congratulations to UD Lanzarote B team manager Pepe Corunjo and his management team along with all the players for becoming champions of the local regional league last night.

The Rojillos reserve team have had a fabulous season and last night needed a point to secure the league championship. They had missed some chances early on and had to endure pressure late in the match but finally they gor their point in a goalless draw versus Sporting Tias B.

Only two points separated the top three sides but unfortunately there is no automatic promotion in the regional league so the UD Lanzarote B team will face fourth place finishers CF Haría in the semi final of the playoffs.
