UD LANZAROTE SAY GOODBYE TO AGUSTÍN

For 43 years Agustín Hernández was the UD Lanzarote kit man and on Saturday afternoon news arrived of his passing to the great loss of his family, ex players, management fans and friends.

Several years ago the club paid homage for his services from the man who had UD Lanzarote blood running through his veins with many ex players, managers and directors all wishing to say thank you.

Even though Agustín had been in ill health for a while, at today’s match whether there is a minutes silence or a minutes applause there will be many people in all of the Canary Islands cherishing thoughts of this lovable man.

I am sure that on behalf of all of UD Lanzarote´s fans that we would like to send out our condolences to all of Agustín´s family and his many friends.
