LANZAROTE AT HOME THIS SUNDAY 13th March at 12 NOON
The Rojillos face playoff rivals CD Herbania at home in Arrecife at 12 noon kick off this Sunday.
The newly promoted Fuerteventura side are having a superb season and are currently in 6th spot and one position and two points ahead of Lanzarote with a game in hand. The Majoreros (Fuerteventurians) are also bang in form having won their last three matches.
Lanzarote must keep on winning. With 9 games remaining they are three points adrift of the last playoff spot but have a game on hand on the side occupying that 5th position.
There are still plenty of teams in the mix for a playoff finish but last night CD Tenerife B became the new league leaders by beating Yaiza 2-1 as our fellow island club suffered their fourth defeat on the bounce but are still on the same points as Lanzarote with a game in hand.
To see the match simply pay at the gate and do remember to bring water with you as refreshments are not available inside. Face masks are still a requirement to all public events in Spain.
