The Rojillos will be bitterly disappointed returning on the ferry with just a point after conceding against 10 men in added on time.

Lanzarote went in front in the 29th minute with Gonzalo Di Renzo (photo) scoring on his debut and were good value going into the half time break with the narrow lead.

The home side went down to ten men midway through the second half but kept on pushing forward and got their reward in injury time to earn themselves a point and become the first team to score against Lanzarote in six matches.

The Rojillos slip out of the playoff positions and down to 6th spot. Next Sunday 30th Jan at 12 noon Lanzarote are home to 12th placed side UD Villa Santa Brígida.
