LOCAL DERBY MATCH

This Sunday 13th January at 12 noon Yaiza will host Lanzarote.

The match will be played at the stadium in Yaiza and to get there from Arrecife direction drive through the village and as you are about to once again join the main road beforehand you will see the stadium on your right.

On the opening game of the season Lanzarote left it late but in added on time a moment of brilliance from Miguel Gómez (photo) secured all three points.

The Rojillos are currently in 4th spot whilst Yaiza are in 14th.

The weather can be a little changeable sas it was at this fixture last season so a warm top is advisable. There is also little shade so a cap is also a good idea.
