U.D.Lanzarote failed in their bid for promotion to Segunda B (League 1) but still managed to finish in second place for the second consecutive year.

Central midfielder and Lanzarote Legend Oscar Vladimir (Vladi) has decided to hang up his boots with Lanzarote though he may continue in his local town of Haría in lower levels of regional football.
All players are currently in talks with the club to continue wearing the red and blue of Lanzarote. Club captain and ladies heartthrob Rosmen has still to decide whether he will continue or retire from football. I know all you girls will be urging him to carry on.
